Kundalini Love

When I first came in contact with Kundalini Yoga, I was a bit surprised to see all these beautiful shining women in their white dresses and turbans, but it also interested me in a very familiar way.

Due to my history with cancer as a toddler and chemotherapy and radiation, I have had many traumas. This has led to me not being able to have healthy relationships, being someone who always wanted to please everyone and then got angry when this was not acknowledged, I had many physical complaints such as constant pain and vertebrae that constantly shifted again.

I was able to improve many of these issues with constant body therapy like weekly physical therapy sessions for 10 years or TCM sessions every 2 weeks for 5 years, but the reason for the disbalance in my body-mind system was still there and did not go away.

Until I discovered iEMDR. I was able to step by step release the old stored traumas and thus help my body to heal. I stopped having destructive relationships and stopped trying to please everyone.

When I discovered Kundalini Yoga, which gave me an incredible amount of extra energy, the Dream Team was born.

If you want to change something in your life to let go of your old traumas, I invite you to book a free Discovery Call and tell me your story and we will see if a collaboration could fit.

The Lineage

In Kundalini Yoga we receive the exercises as well as the meditations from our teachers.

To honour the lineage I would like to introduce my teachers.

How it all started

Yogi Bhajan came to America in 1968 originally to teach hatha yoga. After a very short time, he realised that this form of yoga was not enough. He decided to defy all the rules and teach people Kundalini Yoga.

During his career of over 40 years, he has given thousands of kriyas and meditations and dedicated all his work to women.
